Every reservation through Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, your own site or a walk-in is 100% yours. No commission, no per-reservation fee, no revenue share, at any plan level, at any portfolio size. Not an introductory rate — it’s written into your agreement.

Pricing questions only
What does “0% commission” actually mean?
Santara takes 0% of your bookings, permanently, on every channel. The only revenue we take beyond the subscription is from two optional modules that are off by default: guest upsells at 12%, and an optional 3% guest-paid service fee on the direct booking engine — shown to the guest, never deducted from your payout.
What happens after the 3 free months?
You move onto your plan rate. Founding operators keep that rate locked for 24 months even as list prices rise.
Do I pay for staff seats?
No. Cleaners, drivers and maintenance are unlimited, and they never need a login at all — jobs arrive on WhatsApp.
What if I go over my included doors?
You pay the per-door rate for the properties beyond the included count: $25 on Operator, $18 on Portfolio, $12 on Enterprise. Billing always reflects your active property count at renewal and is never prorated mid-cycle.
Is there a booking or per-reservation fee?
No. There is no booking fee, no per-reservation fee and no commission on any channel, at any plan level.
Can I leave?
Any month, with your data. No annual contract and no lock-in.
