Santara in your pocket
Hosting does not happen at a desk. The mobile app is a handful of screens that each answer one question — and it is coming to both stores at once.
Not available yet — this is not a download link.
Included in every plan. No mobile tier, no per-seat charge for cleaners or maintenance staff.

What it does
Four screens, four questions
Nothing here is a shrunken dashboard. Each screen exists because someone asked one thing while standing up, and had about ten seconds to find the answer.

Hi! Any chance we could check in early? Our flight lands at 10am 😊
Suggested reply
Hi Sarah — the villa is free the night before, so an early check-in at 11am works. I've held it for you, no extra charge.

A draft in your voice, sent only by you
One thread, every channel. Santara writes the reply using what it already knows — the rate, the gap night, the check-in time — and waits. Nothing sends until you tap send, and you can edit every word first.

Cleaning
"What am I cleaning, and am I done?"
The cleaner's whole app. Today's rooms, in order, with the checklist and the photos that close the job. It works with no signal and tells you plainly what has uploaded and what has not.

What is wrong
Aircon not cooling. Making a rattling noise.
Urgency
Guest arriving 3:00 PM will be told a technician is coming.
Report a problem
Photo first, words second
Raised from the room it is about, so the villa, the unit and the time are already filled in. The camera opens first because a photo is faster than a sentence and argues less.
Interface shown in development. Guests, villas and figures are invented.
One app, four jobs
Your cleaner does not need your dashboard
What you see is decided by what you do. A cleaner opening the app lands on today's rooms, not on revenue — because a screen full of things you cannot act on is a screen you learn to ignore.
Host
The whole portfolio. Triage, guests, cleans, calendar.
Co-host
The properties you manage, and nothing about the owner's money.
Cleaner
Today's rooms, the checklist, the photos. Works with no signal.
Maintenance
Open tickets, with the photo and the room already attached.
Offline
No signal is the normal case, not the error case
The back rooms of a villa are exactly where coverage dies. Tasks, checklists and photos are captured on the device and upload themselves when signal returns — the cleaner is never blocked, and never has to remember to sync.
- Every task for today is on the phone before the cleaner leaves the house.
- Photos queue at full quality and upload in the background.
- The row shows its own state — saved, uploading, delivered — so nobody guesses.
Notifications
Every notification names a destination
A push that says "you have a new update" trains people to swipe it away. Ours name the guest, the villa and what is being asked, so the decision is often made before the app opens.
Villa Ubud · turnover unassigned
Guest arrives 3:00 PM. Nobody is booked to clean.
AssignBe told the day it ships
Founding operators get the app first, and get asked what is missing before it is finished.
